Watch this home be 3D printed

Housing non-profit New Story and construction technology company Icon have teamed up to develop a giant 3D printer, dubbed The Vulcan. The printer constructed its first home in Austin, Texas and will soon begin building homes in underserved areas.

  1. Perhaps build a 3d house in each Climate Zone in USA first. (test all the thermal barrier, rainscreen, snow loads, heat loads, floods, capillary action, fires, lightning, hurricane and tornado, and most importantly Termites and Carpenter Ants😎

  2. Maybe instead of 3d printing houses for poor people you could take that startup money and just fix old homes that exist but either are unlivable or the big banks are too greedy to hold onto. There's more vacant houses than homeless people here in America!
